AIR POLLUTION DAMAGES OAK LEAVES
CALIFORNIA

A recent photo I took of a coastal live oak with clear air pollution injury to the foliage.  This damage occurred immediately after a heat wave of over 100 degree temperatures with concurrent photochemical smog.  Many of my customers who own trees even noticed the development of this symptom after the heat wave.
